  I live in Ohio and was unable to make it to Louisiana this weekend to attend services for my best friend's mother. I called Brittney Ray's only a half hour before closing time. They were busy but promised to call back to help me with an arrangement. She called me back even though it was after hours. She took the time to help me understand what flowers were in season in LA at this time of year. Brittney Ray's made a custom basket and, despite my calling late, they were able to put it together and get it ordered early the following morning. The woman I spoke with was so sweet and helpful and thoughtful. I felt confident that she conveyed my vision with the basket she made. I would recommend Brittney Ray's Florist to anyone looking for a personal touch and friendly service.

  I'm a bride with a little over 4 months until my wedding. My time is running short and I had not met with a florist yet! However, I have been researching florist for over a year now. I ran across Brittney Ray's Florist on the knot and also had a personal recommendation from a friend for another floral shop. I was impressed with the photographs displayed on Brittney Ray's website. Excited to get started, I called Brittney Ray's to set up a consultation!!! Only to be told that its $100 consultation fee to even sit and go over floral ideas for my upcoming wedding! Absolutely not! I have been wedding planning for over a year and this was the first vendor to ever mention a "fee" to sit and discuss arrangements or ideas. Eager to get floral crossed off my list that day; I called up the floral shop in Metairie that my friend recommended. I went to them that same day and purchased all of my wedding flowers. I think it's bad business to charge a potential customer a "consultation fee". Sorry Brittney Ray, but you lost out on money due to such a silly policy. I'd rather give my business to someone who wants to sit down with me, show me what they have to offer and then allow me to make my decision based on their talent. Not worry about getting my "consultation fee" applied to my order! Foolish!

  Well how do I shortin this rude experience?
  This is the most realistic type business of business that could ruin your life or make it hole, if the company does it's job.
  If they don't do it and you have no idea what's going on, you could lose everything.
  I would never order anything from this place if you are in love, getting married or seeking new happiness. These two girls, I'm assuming are mother and daughter are so unprofessional and completely rude and think they can run over ppl because they are buddy buddy with a law firm next to them.
  I ordered flowers and Brittany was OK but
  Never let me see what I was buying, or send me a pic, or even answer or call to confirm
  They were delivered. This was very Important to me, and if I knew they were like that I would have went somewhere else.
  I would never recommend or order my
  Wedding from these ppl.
  Just because you from Chalmette and
  Live there gives you know authority to
  Play with ppls lives.
  A person like me would have them in federal
  Court, with a law suit!
  After no answer or a call back.
  I called the following day and
  About 5 times and finally after mention
  Lawyers, they finally answered and
  Said it was delivered with and additude
  and zero concern for my order.
  Still was unable to confirm they delivered
  So I called back because this Brittany girl,
  Claims it was delivered at the circle K.
  There is no circle K anywhere around these areas. When I called then mother/owners/worker was rude from
  the day I came in until now when I called. She act like my oder of flowers were not that important or fake or not serious or a joke and
  Cut me off several times. Then on last call she was this and then the Brittany girl
  Same thing, I was going threw some
  Things and it was very Important to me and I apologized for calling and bothering them
  With my concerns, she hangs up on me.
  I never said nothing out of line besides the voice mail that just said I was unhappy and good thing they have a law firm next door.
  After she hung up can you believe that this
  Company had the nerve have the st Bernard sheriff's office call me, stating they didn't
  want me calling there.
  Wow! I just wanted to know what was up with
  My order. Guess they thought I still
  want file complaints or sue if they did
  That. My heart was on the floor as these ppl
  Played around with my life.
  Finally I did confirm they delivered it
  two days later.
  Sorry you deserved it Logan,
  Just should have ordered
  from a different company.
  This company should not
  be in business as they play
  with ppls lives.
  If you don't believe go
  see how they operate yourself.
  Extremely unprofessional and risky!

  I called at the last minute to order flowers to be delivered to my parents. I was pleasantly surprised to have my mother call within a couple of hours ecstatic at how beautiful her arrangement was!!!!
